Weight Management Medical Follow Up Appointment

These appointments are designed for medical follow up after weight loss.  We discuss strategies to maintain weight loss and to lose weight after weight regain.  Topics of discussion include relapse prevention, supporting emotional, behavioral, and nutritional health, physical activity and strength training to protect lean muscle mass. All topics are backed by science and focus on the reality that weight management is an ongoing process. Included in these types of appointments are discussion of medications as needed.
